Theresa Ciampone joined our team with considerable experience in the Cincinnati nonprofit community. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with marketing and management degrees, Theresa began her 21-year career at Stepping Stones as the volunteer coordinator where she had been a teen volunteer. During her time there, she also served as the development director, marketing coordinator and events manager. She spent a few years doing marketing and development consulting for local nonprofits including Linden Grove School and Melodic Connections. She most recently worked for two years at iSPACE as the development director.

Joining Ken Anderson Alliance, Theresa is excited to return to the disability services community, fueling her lifelong passion. In her free time, Theresa also enjoys coaching volleyball and spending time with her family. She lives in Anderson with her husband Nick and three daughters.
