NOW HIRING: Marketing Coordinator
Ken Anderson Alliance (KAA) is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for effectively implementing communications strategies to increase engagement of current and potential families, partners, and supporters. The position reports to the Director of Development.
Responsibilities
- Craft content and publish social media posts to increase engagement in the mission of KAA, as well as KAA events and initiatives.
- Develop email communications to increase support for programs and events.
- Publish updates to KAA’s website.
- Increase traffic to KAA’s website through regular blog posts and other tactics.
- Support the design and printing of materials ranging from program brochures to sponsor banners.
- Support media relations activities including submitting KAA event information and media releases to identified contacts.
- Provide regular reports on communications efforts to support KAA program and fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficient in creating and scheduling content across various social media platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Experience with Constant Contact and WordPress a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours for events.
