Leslie Odioso

Leslie Odioso, Development Coordinator

Leslie is a life-long Cincinnatian who graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1988 with a BS in medical technology. She first worked in a diagnostic laboratory at a local hospital before joining Procter & Gamble in 1988. After 11 years at P&G, Leslie left to provide full-time care for her daughter Audrey, who had autism, and two other children. As a stay-at-home mom, Leslie was able to volunteer with her childrens’ school organizations, raising funds for their enrichment activities. This volunteer activity led her to pursue a career in nonprofit fundraising.

In 2014, Leslie joined the Archdiocese of Cincinnati as it prepared to launch a capital campaign to raise $130 million dollars to support tuition assistance, Catholic charities and social services, along with other causes. As the donor relations manager, she assisted donors with many forms of charitable giving, responded to inquiries about their pledges, and prepared donor engagement reports for the foundation board.

Since Audrey’s passing in 2015, Leslie has continued to “pay it forward” in her honor and to assist others with developmental disabilities. She serves on the board for Safe Haven Farms with a lead role in fundraising and special events.

Leslie lives in the Monfort Heights/White Oak area with her husband Michael, daughter Lauren, and son Lucas.
