KAA volunteers impact the lives of people with disabilities by:

• Engaging with participants at social outing including dinner, bowling, shopping, community events, and more;
• Helping participants practice social skills and connecting with others;
• Encouraging participants to explore our community and possible new interests;
• Finding common interests with participants;
• Sharing a smile or a compliment.

Every moment matters.

It’s in the smiles shared, the bonds formed, and the lives touched that we see the true impact of volunteerism.
