Bring: Packed Dinner, Participants are encouraged to bring bottle of water, sunscreen, and a towel. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. We will have a picnic after the class.
Meet: Summit Park Entrance off Glendale Milford Rd, 4335 Glendale Milford Road in Blue Ash.
